The Mystery of Advent

December welcome shades of blue, the color of depth, silence and expectance. This color borns when the blue of the night meets the gold of inner light: a threshold, a mystery, a promise.

Blue is the color of the journey toward the center: an invitation to rediscover the authentic core, the spark that can awaken like a child in the human heart. December is the month in which this birth can be prepared, nourished, understood. Blue is the color of "almost", "not yet" the moment when everything is possible.
Blue belongs to the margins where perception sharpens, consciousness sinks to return clearer.

It is the color of questioning, of depth, of the heart's concentrating. It is the color that prepares for birth.

Advent, in its original meaning, is not about waiting for an external event, but about the birth of a new consciousness within every human being: an inner light that learns to shine in the winter darkness.

The Sacred Four

Blue is the shade of depth, of spiritual gravity, of the moment just before dawn.
Advent, then, is the journey from outer brightness to inner illumination: not waiting for something outside, but preparing the birth of a new consciousness inside.
Blue calls the soul inward, to the place where the fourfold human being.

This quaternary echoes:

  • Four seasons, each with its own atmosphere.

  • Four elements: Earth – Water – Air – Fire

  • Four evangelists: Matthew – the man, Mark – the lion, Luke – the ox, John – the eagle

  • Four cardinalvirtues: prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance

  • Four temperaments: melancholic, phlegmatic, sanguine, choleric

  • Four bodies: physical – vital – soul – ego

  • Four weeks of Advent: four lights towards Christmas

The four gates of the world guide us towards a center: the birth of the Inner Child, the possibility of becoming beings of love, freedom, and compassion.
